charming riad experience

beautiful riad clean space accessible taxis friendly team

I found the riad beautiful and very clean. it is close to many attractions, with taxis accessible nearby (it was quite convenient!). breakfast was delicious, with a menu that changed daily. the team was super friendly and helpful.

the soundproofing in my room was not ideal, as i could hear some noise from nearby facilities.

a gem of tranquility

clean environment beautiful design friendly staff convenient location

i found the riad clean with beautiful designs throughout. the staff was friendly and provided great service. my room was refreshed daily with fresh linens and a super clean environment. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and taxis.

the hot water in the shower was inconsistent (it was a minor inconvenience).

The riad is well-located, being within walking distance of the main attractions. it is also close to a road with taxi access. This made transportation quite convenient.

my room was on the ground floor, so there was very little natural light. also, the soundproofing was not good, as i was disturbed by guests returning late and staff talking near the entrance.

mixed experience due to noise issues

inadequate sound isolation early morning noise

the sound isolation in my room was inadequate. my room was located near the kitchen, and every morning i was awakened around 7:00 am by the noise of footsteps and kitchen activity (this was quite bothersome). i had hoped this riad would be a peaceful place after long days in the busy city, but i found it difficult to rest. i requested a different room, but my request was not fulfilled.

I was very grateful for the spacious beautiful king room i had. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast included fresh juices, tea, coffee, eggs and pastries. It was served on the terrace. the staff was super friendly and helpful. i found the riad well-located near main attractions and close to taxi access.

The riad is a short walk from the bahia palace, maybe two minutes. Jemma el-fna is about fifteen minutes away. taxi access is convenient due to the riad's proximity to a nearby road. i found it very easy to get around from there.

generous breakfast attentive service cute staff ground floor little light shuttle issue

the breakfast was generous, such a treat. hussien and mohammed were so great to all requests. jasmin was a lovely soul she brightened our day.

my room faced the ground floor this resulted in very little light entering the room. new year's eve saw guests locked out after midnight needing to bang on the door for someone to open. a pre-booked shuttle to the airport did not arrive at all
